You will coach and mentor ECSMs to become trusted advisors, focusing on onboarding, retention, satisfaction and outcome management while coaching leaders to navigate complex customer situations. This role partners with Sales, CPX, Product and Marketing to deliver powerful, enterprise-grade experiences.
