Senior Manager – Equity Incentives & Tax Strategy

Unity Advisory is recruiting a Senior Manager for its Equity Reward Tax team. You will advise on EMI, CSOP, growth shares, MIPs and related structures for private and listed companies, engaging CFOs, HR and investor stakeholders across the deal lifecycle.

You will lead design, implementation and governance, with a focus on tax and legal implications, while driving AI-enabled modelling and scalable delivery.
