Sierra is hiring a Commercial Counsel to be a core member of its legal team. You will structure, negotiate, and advise on SaaS subscriptions, technology licenses, professional services agreements, and NDAs.
You will also help build templates, playbooks, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability. You will contribute across IP, regulatory, and product areas while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and the Agent Development teams to support revenue growth and strategic initiatives.
