Highways Operations Lawyer – Public Law & Regulation

National Highways is seeking a Lawyer within the Operations Legal Team. You will advise on legal operational matters arising from the day-to-day operation of the strategic road network and support on traffic regulation, Highways Act 1980 responsibilities and related duties.

The role requires UK-qualification as solicitor or barrister, strong public law knowledge, and proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while engaging senior stakeholders.
