Head of Sales (12-Month FTC) – SaaS Growth Leader

Breathe HR in Horsham is seeking a Head of Sales to cover a 12-month maternity period. You’ll lead a team of six Account Executives and one manager, own day-to-day sales operations, and shape the inbound and outbound motion, quota, territory and incentives.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, data-driven decisions and close collaboration with the CMO to drive growth during the maternity cover period.
