We are looking for a District Manager in the North Wales, Cheshire and Wirral area. Due to the travel requirements of the role, we ask that you live within an hour of the postcode LL24 0.

This is a field-based role requiring flexibility, with variable weekly hours including regular evenings and weekends. You’ll manage your own diary to meet business needs.

About you…
You’re an experienced senior manager, having driven strategic plans and built high-performing teams.
You’re also:
- a caring, performance-focussed leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing others to success
- highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- an engaging, uplifting and effective communicator – able to change your approach whether you’re in a one-to-one or presenting to groups
- confident with evaluating data and excellent written skills
