Head of Risk Management: Lead Proactive Risk Culture

East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Head of Risk Management to lead risk governance and drive a proactive, learning-oriented culture across the Trust. The role focuses on modern risk methodologies, robust systems, and horizon scanning to respond to emerging risks and regulatory changes.

The post holder will champion risk education, embed organisational accountability for risk, and work with senior leaders to elevate risk management from a department to a Trust-wide priority.
