Box Office & Customer Service – Part-Time

Fife Cultural Trust in Lochgelly is seeking a part-time Box Office Assistant to join the team at Lochgelly Centre. You’ll work 32 hours over a four-week period, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis to support events and performances.

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll provide a warm, welcoming, and efficient service. Responsibilities include ticket sales, cash handling, handling enquiries, processing bookings, and sharing information about OnFife’s services.
