What you will be doing
Own the day-to-day relationship for Email Marketing clients.
Deliver weekly summary and monthly deep-dive reporting.
Manage renewal and upsell opportunities, including segmentation and SMS expansion.
Handle escalations such as misdirected sends, blocklisting and spam-complaint spikes.
Oversee onboarding, including ESP access, sending-domain authentication and list import for new clients.
Engagement terms
This role is freelance and project-based, engaged as an independent contractor. Full terms, including pay, will be confirmed once GoGorilla.com’s standard freelance contractor wording is finalised.
