Night Waking Support Worker (Female) – 1:1 Home Care

Agincare Group is seeking a Female Waking Night Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a young adult with complex needs in their own home. The role includes personal care, meal prep, and following detailed routines, with shifts 10pm-9:30am and 3pm-10pm.

Training and progression opportunities are offered within a supportive team. We require a calm, patient, observant presence who can build trust over time and work with families to ensure consistency.
