Impactful Service Designer – Consultant (Public Sector)

Opencast is seeking a Service Designer (Consultant) to connect people, processes and technology to improve how UK services are delivered. You’ll design end-to-end journeys across front and back-stage operations.

Ideal candidates will have experience with complex projects, GDS/Gov Design Systems, storytelling and prototyping, plus workshop facilitation. The role is hybrid with regular on-site work and UK-wide travel and offers a competitive package.
