Early Years Room Leader — 4-Day Week + Training & Growth

Connected Recruitment is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our client’s eight nurseries in the UK, with a 4-day week option and a focus on Learning through play. You will be a Room Leader with EYFS knowledge, planning activities, guiding a small team, and building strong relationships with children and parents while safeguarding.

Training opportunities include Forest School Leadership and Montessori; enhanced DBS checks will be carried out prior to employment.
