Data Centre Cost Manager | Lead Cost Planning & Tendering

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor in Greater London to lead cost management across complex data centre projects. You’ll prepare cost plans, manage procurement, and support post-contract cost control, collaborating with clients and project teams to drive value and efficiency.

The role requires a degree in cost management or QS, RICS chartered status, and strong experience in NR M2, JCT/NEC/FIDIC contracts, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
