Operational Risk Analyst — 2LOD, Hybrid (Manchester/London)

Kroo Bank is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst in Manchester or London to help develop and maintain the bank’s operational risk management framework across the second line of defence. You will provide risk advice, challenge, and oversight, supporting teams to identify, assess, monitor and report operational risks.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with risk events, RCAs, KRIs and a proactive approach to improving controls and reporting to senior management and the Board.
