CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Project Mnager on behalf of our client based in Warrington, WA3 AREA.Responsibilities:• Engage with projects at the feasibility and concept stages, providing supportive project leadership during design• Work with our inhouse engineers and designers to review drawings, specifications, risks and constructability considerations• Identify technical or programme risks early and feed these into mitigation strategies• Attend design reviews, planning meetings, and client engagement sessions.• Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers and resource requirements• Coordinate with external bodies including Local Authorities, DNOs/IDNOs and other industry stakeholders to secure approvals• Ensure pre-construction documentation is accurate, complete, and consistent.• Work closely with our inhouse Design Team to enable a seamless, structured and documented handover from design to delivery• Ensure construction teams have clear visibility of design intent, risk profiles, programme constraints and required interfaces• Support Service Delivery in preparing for mobilisation and start on site.Working hours:Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pmPayrate:
