Dual-Hotel Revenue Director, Dublin (Pre-Opening)

Axiom Hospitality is opening two brand-new hotels in Dublin and we’re seeking a Revenue Director to lead revenue strategy across both properties from pre-opening through early operation. You’ll drive pricing, forecasting and distribution to maximise RevPAR while balancing Courtyard and Residence Inn demand.

You’ll analyse market trends, collaborate with sales and marketing, and use Marriott platforms to forecast demand and set pricing. This role sits across both Dublin hotels.
