Interim Head of Finance – Profitability & Exit Readiness

Cedar is partnering with an established professional services SME to appoint an Interim Head of Finance for a six-month engagement, based in Central London with hybrid working. The role will report to the Board and oversee finance, forecasting and management information to support a potential exit.

You will drive profitability visibility, cash flow and financial controls, lead FP&A, and coordinate due diligence and transition activities with external advisers.
