Marsden is hiring an English-qualified corporate/commercial lawyer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role covers drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT/SaaS, procurement contracts, and advising on commercial disputes.

You will support corporate transactions including M&A, disposals and financing arrangements, with exposure to private equity-backed environments or the healthcare sector being advantageous. Located in Central London with hybrid 1-2 days in the office.
