Senior Legal Counsel, Financial Services & Contracts

Monex Europe is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to its global operations, with a focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts (including ISDA documentation) and managing corporate secretarial duties in London.

You will advise on regulatory matters such as MiFID, EMIR and GDPR, work closely with senior management, and help mitigate legal risk while supporting strategic initiatives within the financial services sector.
