We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven New Home Sales Executive to join a successful residential development in Rochester, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-focused individual to showcase their skills within the new homes sector, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role
As a New Home Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping customers find their dream home, guiding them through the buying journey from their initial enquiry right through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming prospective purchasers and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Managing enquiries, conducting viewings and presenting new homes to potential buyers.
- Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
- Proactively following up leads and maximising sales opportunities.
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and keeping up to date with sales activity.
- Working towards sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the development.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, motivated and target-focused.
- Confident building rapport and developing relationships with customers.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Passionate about property and delivering exceptional service.
- Experienced in sales, ideally within new homes, estate agency or a customer-facing sales environment.
