Rutherford is seeking a UK-qualified Employment Counsel to join its international team in London. You will advise across the employee lifecycle, combining legal expertise with business strategy, and support HR with pragmatic, commercially focused guidance.

The role involves both contentious and non-contentious matters, drafting employment agreements, informing global policies, and advising on multi-jurisdictional initiatives. International exposure is preferred.
