Senior Associate Director, Hotel & Real Estate Finance

Nationwide is hiring an Associate Director for the Hotel & Real Estate Finance (H&REF) team in London. You’ll manage existing borrowers and help originate new deals, with a focus on the hotel sector and broader real estate lending opportunities.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, two days per week at the London office, collaborating across internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent customer outcomes while growing the business and improving processes.
