Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Commercial Law, the successful candidate will provide practical and commercially focused legal advice across UK and Ireland matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (IT, procurement, etc.), advising on competition, intellectual property, and data protection, handling contentious matters, and supporting the business through regulatory changes.Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified solicitors with at least four years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law.
