They’re hiring a Lead ML Engineer to be the technical authority on ML engineering across the business, setting the standard for how they design, build and scale AI systems, while leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

What they need from you
- A track record of setting the technical direction on complex ML projects and owning the key architectural decisions
- Experience taking models from concept through to production, at scale
- Experience leading, mentoring and growing a team of engineers, including involvement in hiring
- The ability to shape ambiguous, high-risk problems into clear roadmaps and deliver across multiple work streams
- Confidence working directly with clients as a technical advisor, estimating large pieces of work and defending your rationale to senior stakeholders
