London IP Associate (3+PQE) – Global Firm

Hydrogen Group is recruiting an Intellectual Property (IP) Associate with at least 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) for a leading international law firm in London. The role focuses on non-contentious and transactional IP work, leading IP-heavy workstreams and advising on the IP aspects of major corporate transactions.

The successful candidate will handle IP asset acquisitions, patents, trade marks and software licensing, and draft and review R&D and technology transfer agreements,
