Cloud Engineer (6 Month Contract) – Charity Organisation

We’re working with an established international not-for-profit organisation looking for an experienced Cloud Systems Engineer to support its ongoing digital transformation and cloud infrastructure projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, close-knit IT team where you’ll have genuine ownership of your work, combining hands-on infrastructure engineering with cloud migrations, security improvements and modernisation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and optimising Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Supporting cloud migrations, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 transformation projects.
• Administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune.
• Implementing and maintaining cloud security, including Conditional Access, MFA and endpoint protection.
• Developing PowerShell automation and improving infrastructure efficiency.
• Providing 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support and contributing to technical projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Entra ID, networking and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience delivering cloud migrations or infrastructure improvement projects.
• PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• A proactive, personable engineer who enjoys working within a smaller, collaborative team.

Experience within the charity, not-for-profit or public sector would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.

• Hybrid working – 2-3 days per week in Farringdon, London
