The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality fertility care and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Support patients through fertility assessments, treatment planning and treatment cycles.
- Provide treatment information, pre-conception advice and emotional support.
- Coordinate and manage treatment pathways in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional, ethical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in on-call telephone support as required.
- Supervise, support and develop colleagues, sharing specialist knowledge and expertise.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
