Lead AAC Speech & Language Therapist

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8a Lead Speech and Language Therapist to lead the ACT team in AAC across the West Midlands. The post requires extensive AAC expertise and strategic leadership of SLT services for children and adults with communication difficulties.

You will lead complex cases, drive service improvement, supervise staff, and work across integration with Electronic Assistive Technology and Environmental Control within a national NHS network.
