Job Description:
South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist to lead medicines optimisation within community teams in London. The role supports the Trust’s goal of improving health outcomes and reducing hospital admissions through expert pharmacotherapy.
The post- holder will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to develop Non-Medical Prescribing skills and contribute to service development across boroughs.
