Head of Early Years Education & Curriculum Innovation

My Ohana seeks a strategic Head of Early Years Education to define and embed the My Ohana Way across a growing group of nurseries. You’ll shape the curriculum and pedagogy, bring it to life in rooms, and ensure every practitioner understands and applies it with children.

You’ll lead practical tools, run bite-sized training, and model high-quality interactions on the floor. This senior role offers real scope to innovate and impact practice group-wide.
