Coleg Gwent is seeking a Senior Development Surveyor to lead projects across its estate portfolio, from feasibility through to delivery. You will collaborate with the Associate Director (Estate Development), consultants, contractors and local authorities to ensure programmes are delivered on time, on budget and to high standards.
This role focuses on the Crosskeys redevelopment and wider capital projects, combining strong design sense with commercial awareness and robust stakeholder management.
