Regional Union Leader – North West & NI

National Education Union is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic direction for the North West Region and to oversee a small team with responsibilities across Northern Ireland. The role centers on building an inclusive organising framework that strengthens the union in the workplace.

It focuses on issue-based bargaining and providing support to members, while supporting elected officers. Interviews will take place on Thursday 3rd December 2026 at Hamilton House offices in London.
