Operations Lead Ports & Logistics, Safety & Performance

Peel Ports Group is seeking a Deputy Business Unit Manager to lead an operational team and deliver safe, efficient operations across Ellesmere Port and Birkenhead. You will report to the Business Unit Manager, plan rotas, coordinate berth schedules and oversee daily on‑site performance.

You will coach the team, support change initiatives and collaborate with Engineering to ensure reliable operations, while monitoring budgets and KPIs to drive cost efficiency and service improvements.
