Senior Capital Works Project Manager (Hybrid)

Southern Housing invites applications for a Project Manager – Capital Works to lead major capital investment programmes across housing stock in the South East. You will manage Decent Homes and other major works from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations, health & safety, budgets and timely delivery.

You will oversee contractor performance, engage with residents and internal teams, and manage documentation, financial controls, and leaseholder coordination.
