People Policy Lead — HR Compliance & Policy Strategy

University of East London is seeking a policy-focused HR professional to lead the People Policy governance, assurance and compliance. You will ensure policies are fit-for-purpose, consistently applied and embedded across the university, with a focus on the Employment Rights Act 2025.

You will own the Policy Framework, conduct impact assessments, translate complex legal requirements into practical policies, and collaborate with global HR to align UK policies with hubs worldwide.
