JCO Healthcare is working exclusively with a highly regarded and established care home provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a well-established home in the Thetford area.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strong, engaging Home Manager who can provide visible leadership, maintain high standards of care and continue to drive the home forward.
You do not need to be nurse-qualified. What’s most important is your experience of successfully leading within an elderly nursing environment, together with a strong understanding of quality, compliance, occupancy and team development.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Home Manager within an elderly care nursing environment
- Strong knowledge of CQC and regulatory requirements
- Commercially aware with an understanding of occupancy and budgets
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Confident, supportive and visible leadership style
- Nurse qualification welcomed, but not essential
