The firm is keen to speak with conveyancing professionals who are confident managing their own caseload and who take pride in delivering a high standard of client service. n Whether you are looking for a new challenge within an established team or an opportunity to further develop your career within a larger national practice, this could be a great next step. n The Role n You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors. n Responsibilities will include: n n Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters. n Handling files from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion where required. n Reviewing title documentation, raising enquiries and resolving legal issues. n Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other parties to progress transactions. n Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and service standards. n Providing clear, timely updates and delivering a positive client experience throughout the transaction. n Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider property team and contribute to the continued success of the department. n n About You n I’d be keen to speak with candidates who have: n n Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision. n Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process. n Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines. n A client-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. n The ability to work effectively within a team while taking ownership of their own files. n n Relevant qualifications as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or an experienced conveyancing professional will be considered in line with the requirements of the role. n Business Development n Experience with business development, networking or building relationships with local introducers would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
