Job Description Position Available: Electronics Technical Lead n Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid) n Salary: £48,000 – £52,000 + Bonus and Benefits n Experience needed: Strong experience designing and delivering complex electronic subsystems throughout the full product lifecycle, alongside the ability to technically lead engineers and manage design activities against agreed budgets and schedules. n About the Role n We’re looking for an Electronics Technical Lead to oversee the development of high-integrity electronic subsystems within a complex engineering environment. n You’ll lead a team of engineers from early feasibility and technology assessment through detailed design, qualification, certification and transition into production. The work may involve power electronics, motor-control systems, safety-related electronics or command-and-control equipment. n Key Responsibilities n n Lead the design and development of complex electronic subsystems n Provide technical direction to a small or medium-sized engineering team n Translate technical requirements into deliverable product designs n Plan and control engineering activities, budgets and work packages n Guide products through qualification and certification n Coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing and other engineering teams n Ensure projects meet quality, cost and schedule requirements n Support the transition of new designs into production n n What we need from you: n n Significant experience in electronic design, qualification and certification n Experience developing complex electronic subsystems n Proven ability to technically lead, develop and motivate engineers n Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle n Experience developing products from technical requirements n Knowledge of product configuration and design control n Experience planning and delivering engineering projects or work packages n Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary collaboration skills n A degree or equivalent experience in electronics or a related discipline n n If you’d like to learn more or register your interest, hit apply as we’d love to hear from you! n n JBRP1_UKTJ
