Senior Risk & Governance Lead, Customer Operations

Nationwide is seeking an experienced Head of Risk & Governance to lead the Retail & Group Customer Operations Risk function, driving risk, conduct, regulatory and control improvements across Collections & Recoveries and Specialist Support.

You will work with business, change and other risk teams to maintain a robust risk profile, ensure consumer duty compliance, and deliver strong customer outcomes through a hybrid working model across UK offices.
