Senior Design Manager — London Refurb £42m (Tier 1)

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a Design Manager to lead design management on a £42m commercial refurbishment project in the City of London. The role requires extensive Tier 1 contractor experience and involvement with PCSA 2-stage contracts, with a minimum 12-month contract and potential for follow-on work.

You will have managed multiple projects over £30m and hold a UK construction qualification. Only candidates with recent Tier 1 contractor exposure will be considered.
