The role & the companyOur client is a young, successful and growing medical device manufacturer operating
in the renal field.They are now looking for a registered nurse with renal experience to join their team and provide on-site clinical support to colleagues, customers and distributors.As the organisation’s primary proponent for training and trial phase support of a specialist product range, you will organise clinical and classroom study days on-site for a wide range of clinicians and you will also be expected to identify leads for the sales team. Whilst the majority of your customers will be located around London and the South of England, you will also have the opportunity to deliver training to customers and distributors throughout the rest of the UK, plus Europe and the Middle East.What they are looking for:Applicants must be a
registered nurse
with a
minimum of 2 years’ ICU experience
and a
working knowledge of CRRT.Previous experience of teaching or training in a clinical environment would be highly beneficial, along with the confidence to deliver presentations.A creative and collaborative thinker, who can work with colleagues to formulate innovative methods of delivering education to customers.The role requires extensive travel, both for customer training purposes and to attend industry exhibitions, so we are looking for a flexible, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working autonomously.What they offer:In addition to working in an environment where respect and clinical integrity are valued, you will receive:-10% target bonusAnnual £9k car allowance + £300 pager allowancePrivate health and dental coverPension (6% employer contribution)
