National Contract Director, Soft FM (Retail/Hospitality)

IWFM is seeking a Contract Director to lead a £10m+ retail/hospitality soft FM portfolio across 50+ locations in the UK, with hybrid working. You will own strategy, client relationships and the overall delivery against agreed commercial metrics.

The role requires senior FM leadership experience, strong P&L discipline and a track record of driving growth through strategic account development and service innovation.
