Technical Lead, National Civil Programmes

National Highways is seeking a Technical Lead for the National Programmes Team to coordinate across civil engineering national initiatives. You will lead and oversee performance, budgets and design delivery within a portfolio spanning LED Upgrade, Small Schemes and Water Quality programmes.

You will work with engineering, planning and scheme delivery colleagues to ensure asset needs are captured, governed and delivered to programme objectives while driving efficiencies and best practices.
