Senior Quantity Surveyor: Lead Cost Control & Contracts

Vistry Group PLC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join Vistry Kent at the West Malling office. You will supervise, manage and advise on the financial and contractual aspects of multiple construction projects, driving cost control to maximise profitability.

You will work with the Commercial, Estimating and Buying teams, contribute to tendering, progress reporting and final accounts, and will be supported by a collaborative culture with flexible working where possible.
