Global HR Program Lead for Multi-Country Deployments

ADP is seeking an HR Program Manager to drive end-to-end HR domain deployment outcomes for its Global HCM solution across all in-scope countries. The role leads integrated rollout planning, governance, dependency orchestration, and cross-country execution with Country Project Managers and domain Solution Designers.

You will own HR readiness for Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Recruitment, HR data, testing, and payroll integrations (Autopay).
