  • Anticipating requirements, resolving issues independently and responding confidently to changing priorities.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Private PA, Family PA, Lifestyle PA or in a comparable private support position.
  • A strong background supporting high-net-worth individuals, senior executives or private families.
  • Practical experience overseeing private residences, household staff, suppliers and contractors.
  • Confident organising complex international travel and managing multiple family commitments.
  • Exceptionally organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities independently.
  • Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive personal and family matters.
  • Warm, personable and adaptable, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Naturally hands-on, resourceful and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working across both an office environment and private residences.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

The Opportunity

  • Attractive bonus potential and excellent benefits.
  • A highly trusted position offering autonomy, variety and responsibility.
  • The opportunity to build a close, long-term working relationship with the CEO and family.
