Compliance Advisory Lead — Regulatory Strategy & Risk

Castle Trust Bank is seeking an experienced Compliance Advisory Manager to join our Compliance Team in a high-visibility, business-facing role based in Basingstoke on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 from home).

You will provide expert regulatory advice on FCA requirements, Consumer Duty and conduct risk across mortgages, consumer credit and savings products, shaping risk-based decisions that deliver good customer outcomes and support the bank’s strategic growth.
