Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the successful candidate will own the commercial legal capability, including drafting and negotiating MSAs, SaaS contracts, and vendor agreements. The role also involves supporting M&A initiatives, ensuring GDPR compliance, and managing a contract management team of three. This is a hybrid position based in Birmingham.Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified solicitors (or equivalent) with 5+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Experience in the technology, SaaS, or recruitment sectors is highly preferred.
