General Manager – Premium Casual Dining Restaurant – £65k

I am currently recruiting a General Manager for a Premium Casual Dining Restaurant in North London.

The General Manager will be responsible for all operations within the 100 cover Premium Casual Dining Restaurant, busy Bar and Private Dining space. Your role is to provide the highest quality of guest service across all departments.

The ideal General Manager will have experience/ knowledge in the following areas;

• Managed a high volume Premium Casual Dining Restaurant
• Strong knowledge of both Bar and Restaurant operations
• You will need a strong operational track record within the Hospitality industry, with a sound knowledge of Food and Beverage.
• A previous track record of growing revenue within your previous roles
• A strong people manager, with fantastic leadership skills and a real motivator
