Cooplands Bakery is seeking a Head of Technical to lead our technical function across Scarborough’s bakery and retail sites. Reporting to the Operations & Technical Director, you will ensure products meet internal and external specifications while driving improvements, training and team development.
You will be responsible for managing HACCP across high-care operations, coordinating audits, and partnering with suppliers to uphold technical standards.
